At KIVARI, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not perfectly satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with all boutique tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
